Clinical Supervision

Reflective Practice & Secondary Supervision for Health Professionals

Clinical supervision is a vital, reflective space designed to support your professional growth, ethical practice, and personal wellbeing as a practitioner.

With over a decade of clinical experience across diverse settings—including child protection, complex trauma, and private practice—I provide individual clinical supervision for registered psychologists, clinical psychology registrars, and allied health clinicians.

My Approach

I view supervision as a collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental partnership. Just as in therapeutic care, a strong supervisory relationship relies on safety, curiosity, and authentic connection.

Our supervision sessions are tailored to your professional stage and goals, offering space to:

Prevent Burnout & Foster Sustainability

Maintain healthy professional boundaries, manage vicarious trauma, and build long-term practice sustainability.

Navigate Ethics & Systemic Complexity

Work through ethical dilemmas, multidisciplinary dynamics, and administrative/legal requirements.

Reflect on Complex Cases

Navigate challenging clinical scenarios, risk assessments, and formulation with evidence-based guidance.

Develop Therapeutic Skills

Deepen your practice in child and adult mental health, attachment frameworks, and trauma-informed care.

Supervision Scope & Details

We offer secondary clinical supervision, peer consultation, and ongoing professional development for registered psychologists, clinical psychology registrars, and allied health clinicians.

Please note that we provide secondary supervision and case consultation only. We do not act as a Board-Approved Primary/Principal Supervisor for formal AHPRA endorsement pathways or manage registrar logbooks.

Available in-person at the clinic or online via Telehealth (for regional practitioners or added flexibility).

Fee: $300 per 50-minute session (plus GST if applicable).
